All service tickets will route and be managed through ServiceNow. To access ServiceNow simply go to services.gatech.edu after go live.

Open Lab Sessions

Registration is required for open labs, but the users may come and go any time during the 2 hour block.

 


Get Help with ServiceNow

In order to provide a streamlined customer service experience, OIT has launched a new Services & Support portal, ServiceNow.  The portal may be accessed at https://services.gatech.edu.  Within the portal, users will be able to search an ever growing self-service knowledge base, log a Workday or business transaction incident, submit a financial administration service request, or garner real-time status of an existing incident or request. ​ServiceNow will replace the many financial services related ‘*.ask’ and ‘*.help’ e-mail addresses.
